Young Mom Washes Up On Shore Near A Florida Naval Base, Stuffed In Duffel Bag
Two jet skiers found 25-year-old Samira Watkins in a duffel bag that had washed up on shore near a naval base in Pensacola. Inside detectives found her body curled up in the fetal position with her head wrapped in multiple layers of duct tape covering her nose.
