She Loved Him While He Was Disgusted With Her And One Day He Gunned Her Down

He Told Her 😢 “you’re ugly” that was the last words 34-year-old Cantrell Hayes-Ross heard before her ex-boyfriend Terrell Nelson killed her the day before thanksgiving 2024. Terrell had a long wrap sheet, with over 10 arrests. He was fresh out of prison, had no job, no money and nothing going for himself when the two began dating in February of that year. Cantrell on the other hand owned a thriving daycare and had the resources to help him get on his feet. She also helped him reconnect with his children.

However, it became evident very quickly that he wasn’t putting nearly as much into the relationship as Cantrell was. Even in photos, Terrell looked disconnected and uninterested. And eventually, this was the reason why she broke it of with him.

Shortly after the breakup Terrell took to social media calling Cantrell ugly and publicly putting her down. Despite this, she didn’t retaliate and instead focused on the daycare and moving on from the relationship, and this angered Terrell.

So, on the day before Thanksgiving Terrell entered the daycare where Cantrell and her friend were using the kitchen to prepare food for the holiday and shot her multiple times.

In march 2025 Terrell Nelson was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
